To support the continued growth and performance of the Xnurta platform, we are performing a planned infrastructure upgrade and migration to AWS. This upgrade is designed to bring you better platform performance, stronger scalability, improved operational efficiency, and a stronger foundation for future Xnurta product and AI capabilities.

π΄ Functions That Require Your Attention
β AI Managed Group — Bid & Budget Features
During the maintenance window, AI optimization and automation pauses. Xnurta will not run a pre-downtime restore for bids or budgets. AI optimization may have adjusted bids or budgets higher or lower before the downtime began — these values as of PDT May 16, 05:00 will be maintained throughout the downtime unless you change them directly on the ad platform. After recovery, AI optimization resumes based on the latest configuration.
What you can do (optional): If you want full manual control during the downtime, adjust or disable relevant AI action spaces in Xnurta before May 16, 03:00 PDT. Avoid bulk changes between 03:00–05:00 PDT to keep your account state stable before the window begins.
β‘ RBA Automation Rules — Bid & Budget Dayparting
Time-based bid and budget rules (dayparting) will not execute during the maintenance window. Xnurta will not run a pre-downtime restore; bids and budgets remain at their latest pre-downtime value unless you change them directly on the ad platform. After recovery, rules resume based on the latest configuration.
For Enable / Pause Campaign rules: Ads remain in their latest pre-downtime status. If you have time-sensitive enable/pause actions scheduled during 05:00–13:00 PDT, please review and adjust your schedule before May 16, 05:00 PDT.
What you can do (optional): If you prefer to manually manage bids or budgets during the downtime, disable the relevant automation rules before downtime and re-enable them after recovery. Verify current bid and budget values before re-enabling.
β’ Lock Ad Placements — Restore Bid Action May Be Skipped
Lock Ad Placements raises bids during its active window and then performs a "restore bid" action when the window ends. If the "restore bid" action falls within the maintenance window (05:00–13:00 PDT), it will not run. Your bids may remain at a higher level after the downtime until the next scheduled trigger restores them.
Recommended actions:
-
Pause related Lock Ad Placements tasks before the maintenance window, then re-enable after recovery
-
Or adjust the Lock Ad Placements schedule so it does not overlap with 05:00–13:00 PDT
-
Or proactively check bid levels after service recovery and adjust them manually if needed
β£ Budget Management
Budget Management runs once per day to auto-allocate the daily budget. If the scheduled execution time falls within the maintenance window, that day's run will be skipped. The budget will remain at the previous day's setting, and the function automatically resumes the next day. The overall impact is limited.

β Frequently Asked Questions
Question
Answer
|---|---|
Will my ads stop running during the maintenance?
No. Your ads continue serving normally on Amazon, Walmart, and other ad platforms. Only Xnurta platform login and Xnurta-side automated tasks are affected.
What happens to my bids and budgets during downtime?
Xnurta will not run a pre-downtime restore. Automated adjustments pause, and values remain at their latest pre-downtime state unless you change them directly on the ad platform. After recovery, automation resumes based on the latest configuration.
Do I need to take any action?
Most customers do not need to take any action. Manual adjustments are only recommended if you want to actively manage bids or budgets during the downtime, or if you have Lock Ad Placements "restore bid" actions scheduled within the maintenance window.
Can I change bids or budgets on the ad platform directly during downtime?
Yes. However, if you plan to do so, we recommend disabling the relevant Xnurta automation settings before downtime and verifying bid/budget values after recovery before re-enabling them.
Will my settings and data be affected?
No. All Xnurta account data, settings, and configurations are fully preserved. No migration action is required from you.
Will submitted tasks be lost?
No. Xnurta will verify task status after recovery. Customers generally do not need to resubmit tasks.

If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager. We will monitor the system throughout the maintenance window and notify you promptly if anything changes.
